SUBWOOFERS FOR HOME CINEMA
A subwoofer is deployed as a bespoke speaker to deliver the lowest bass frequencies of sound required for a fully immersive Home Cinema surround sound experience. Subwoofers are typically freestanding active (self-amplified) designs, however on-wall, in-wall and in-ceiling models are also available. The latter two designs will require dedicated external amplification in order to work as part of a home cinema system.
